Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your session please do 24 hours in advance. Event Policies 1. Booking & Payment Advance registration is recommended to secure your spot—walk-ins welcome if space allows. Payment is due at booking; we accept all major forms via Square POS. A refundable deposit may be required for private events and group bookings. 2. Refunds & Cancellations All sales are final; tickets are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you may transfer your ticket to a friend—just let us know! In case of event cancellation by NOVA Essence Inside Out (e.g., weather, low enrollment), you’ll receive a full refund or credit for a future event. 3. Workshop Experience All materials for the instant candle-making experience and workshops are included in your ticket. Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience. For safety, all guests must sign a waiver before participating in candle-making or craft activities. 4. Age Policy Most events are open to ages 15 and up; under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. BYOB is for guests 21+ only, when specified. 5. Accessibility & Inclusivity Our events are designed to be welcoming and inclusive for all. Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs. 6. Safety & Conduct Please follow all safety instructions during workshops. Respectful, kind behavior is expected; we reserve the right to remove disruptive guests. 7. Photos & Social Media We love capturing memories! By attending, you consent to photos/videos being taken for NOVA Essence Inside Out’s use. Let us know if you prefer not to be photographed. A: Your ticket covers all candle-making materials, guided workshop activities, affirmation cards, snacks, drinks, and access to featured artists or open mic sessions. Q: Can I get a refund if I can’t attend? A: Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to a friend—just email us with their name! Q: Do I need experience to join the candle-making or open mic? A: Not at all! All levels are welcome, and our team will guide you every step of the way. Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks? A: Light snacks and drinks are provided. For BYOB events, you’re welcome to bring your own (21+ only). Q: Are your events kid-friendly? A: Most events are for ages 15 and up.
