Take care Thursdays, at NOVA Essence Inside Out transforms your Thursday evening into a gentle experience of intentional candle-making, therapeutic convos, and soothing crafts, all designed to help you refill your cup and nurture your spirit.
You’ll be guided through making your own affirmation candle, enjoy calming activities like mindful journaling or sensory crafts, and share in uplifting conversation with a supportive, like-minded community. Every so often, we also welcome an onsite counselor for extra comfort and care.
